Job description

Position Summary:

The Level II Consultant – Organizational Development plays a strategic and highly autonomous role in designing, implementing, and evaluating organizational development initiatives. This position requires proactive leadership, expertise in consultingand leadership development, and the ability to align initiatives with company values as well as strategic priorities, from conception to implementation.

This role demands a self-starter who can independently assess organizational needs, develop innovative solutions, and foster collaboration across diverse teams.

Role and Responsibilities:

Strategic Design and Leadership Development

  • Proactively design and deliver leadership development programs.
  • Collaborate to create and execute organizational development strategies, including engagement surveys, talent management, mentorship, and onboarding initiatives.
  • Propose, design, and deliver tailored training programs, workshops, and initiatives to address complex organizational.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and refine workshop content to incorporate feedback, industry trends, and organizational objectives. 

Data-Driven Decision-Making  

  • Independently acquire and analyze data from diverse sources to identify developmental needs.
  • Draw actionable insights from data analysis to recommend strategies that align with organizational priorities.
  • Evaluate pros and cons, risks, and benefits of proposed solutions, consistently achieving results under challenging circumstances. 

Facilitation 

  • Provide in-depth, tailored coaching consulting to employees, teams and managers at all levels, aligning efforts with organizational priorities.
  • Independently facilitate group discussions, workshops, and team-building sessions, addressing specific team dynamics and organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years in organizational development, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives from start to finish.
  • Expertise in development, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify multiple steps to achieve results.
  • Ability to relate comfortably across levels, functions, and cultures.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Budgeted Hiring Range
$76,000$82,000 USD

All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will cover travel, lodging, and other accommodations.
