Job description

Unity Communications is seeking a Scheduler / Appointment Coordinator to support remote scheduling operations in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage appointments, confirmations, cancellations, and reschedules

Coordinate schedules across teams and departments

Update CRM and scheduling tools

Maintain records and productivity reports

Handle urgent same-day changes

Provide professional communication in English

Qualifications:

Scheduling, coordination, or customer service experience

C2 / Native English required

Calendar management skills

Fast typing and multitasking

CRM experience preferred

Weekend and evening availability required

Job Details:

Remote Position

Full-time

5:00 PM – 12:00 AM Mexico City Time

Monday to Sunday | 2 rotating days off

Base Salary: $17,000 MXN
