Job description

Unity Communications is seeking an Operations & Scheduling Assistant to support day-to-day operations for US renovation projects.

Responsibilities:

Manage schedules with vendors and supervisors

Track project timelines and updates

Assist with payroll preparation

Monitor expenses and receipts

Maintain reports and trackers

Escalate delays or issues proactively

Qualifications:

2+ years in operations, admin, logistics, or coordination

Excel / Google Sheets proficiency

Strong organization and multitasking skills

B2+ English required

Construction or property management experience preferred

Job Details:

Remote Position

Full-time

8 AM – 5 PM PST (Las Vegas Time)

Salary: $16,000 – $18,500 MXN monthly
