Responsibilities:
Manage schedules with vendors and supervisors
Track project timelines and updates
Assist with payroll preparation
Monitor expenses and receipts
Maintain reports and trackers
Escalate delays or issues proactively
Qualifications:
2+ years in operations, admin, logistics, or coordination
Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
Strong organization and multitasking skills
B2+ English required
Construction or property management experience preferred

8 AM – 5 PM PST (Las Vegas Time)
Salary: $16,000 – $18,500 MXN monthly
