The Head of Networks owns the global network strategy, architecture, and operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable connectivity across enterprise and cloud environments.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Leads and develops global network teams
  • Owns performance management and talent development
  • Accountable for network budgets and vendors
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. 
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Define global network strategy and multi-year roadmap
  • Own SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, and perimeter architecture
  • Ensure SLA performance and service reliability
  • Manage strategic vendors and service providers
  • Drive network security and Zero Trust alignment

Required Skills / Abilities:

  • Strong network leadership and architecture background
  • Proven experience managing global teams
  • Vendor and financial management expertise

Education and Experience:

  • 10+ years in senior network leadership roles
