The Microsoft 365 Architect defines and governs the architecture of the enterprise digital Microsoft tenant, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing collaboration, messaging, and productivity services.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Architect and govern Microsoft 365 tenant design
• Define security, compliance, and retention standards
• Lead M365 migrations and tenant consolidation initiatives
• Integrate M365 with identity and endpoint platforms
• Provide architectural guidance to engineering teams

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Deep Microsoft 365 architectural expertise
• Strong understanding of Entra ID, Intune, and compliance tooling
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365 licensing.

Education and Experience:

• 7+ years Microsoft enterprise experience
• Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred
