Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling real estate brokers and agents and introducing AI-powered CRM solutions designed to streamline lead management, follow-ups, and sales processes.

This is a full-time outbound sales role ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is driven by performance and results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to real estate brokers and agents

  • Introduce and pitch AI-powered CRM solutions to potential clients

  • Qualify leads and identify decision-makers

  • Set appointments or product demos for the sales/closing team

  • Handle objections and communicate value effectively

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM

  • Follow up with prospects via calls, email, and SMS

  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs (calls, appointments, conversions)

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies

  • Assist in developing call scripts and messaging to improve conversion rates (preferred but not required)

  • Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives such as email, SMS, or LinkedIn campaigns (preferred but not required)

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Cold Caller, Appointment Setter, or SDR

  • Experience in real estate, SaaS, or CRM sales is highly preferred

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls

  • Confident handling objections and pitching solutions

  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.)

  • Self-motivated and results-driven

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling AI tools or CRM solutions

  • Background in real estate lead generation or wholesaling

  • Experience working with Canada and or US-based clients

  • Experience with marketing campaigns or scripting




Salary: 40,000 to 50,000
