About Us: Climate Collective Foundation (CCF)

Climate Collective Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting climate tech startups. We work within the climate ecosystem to foster innovation by connecting startups with funding, investors, education, and accelerator programs. Our remote team of above 50 members operates collaboratively to drive impactful, sustainable solutions for climate-related challenges.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Associate – Jobs Board & Outreach to support employer and candidate engagement on our jobs platform. The role involves working closely with startup founders, hiring managers, and academic institutions to facilitate talent connections and support on-boarding activities. The associate will play a key role in building relationships with startups and universities while supporting outreach and lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the on-boarding of employers and candidates on the jobs board platform.
  • Reach out to startup founders and hiring managers to generate leads and encourage job postings.
  • Connect with placement officers of colleges and universities to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct outreach and follow-ups with startups and ecosystem partners.
  • Maintain and update tracking sheets and outreach databases.
  • Support partnerships and ecosystem engagement activities related to the jobs board


Requirements

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in outreach, partnerships, recruitment coordination, or ecosystem engagement.
  • Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, or similar recruitment platforms will be an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach conversations and leads simultaneously.
