What You Will Do

Support the implementation and upkeep of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with regulatory and company requirements

Work closely with senior Quality Engineers and cross-functional teams on quality-related activities for repairs

Assist in monitoring process performance and compiling quality data for analysis and reporting

Participate in investigations of quality issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions

Support internal audits (system, product, and process) and follow-up on action closures

Assist in the review and update of procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation

Support supplier and subcontractor quality activities, including evaluations and follow-ups

Contribute to training preparation and coordination for quality and compliance topics

Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the shop floor

Qualifications You Must Have

Degree in Engineering, Quality, Aerospace, or related discipline

Fresh graduates with Digital skills are welcome to apply.

Strong interest in aviation quality and regulatory compliance

Good analytical thinking and attention to detail

Effective communication and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines

Qualifications We Prefer

Exposure to aviation regulations (e.g., Part 145) or quality systems is an advantage

Familiarity with data analysis, digital tools, or automation concepts

Interest or basic knowledge in AI tools, data analytics, or digital technologies

Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms

Fast learner, team player, and proactive mindset

Strong problem-solving approach with a structured and logical thinking style

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.]

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience. Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs
or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Engineering/Other Technical Positions:Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics(STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
