At Scouter, we're working with a European company specialized in Credit and Order-to-Cash (O2C) training and consulting, supporting global clients, including Fortune 500 organizations. As part of this partnership, we're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can help generate new business opportunities and open conversations in international markets.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out through different channels like calls, email, and LinkedIn, and turning those first interactions into qualified opportunities for the sales team. It's a good fit for someone who enjoys the challenge of building relationships from scratch and is comfortable being proactive every day.
In this role, you'll spend most of your time researching prospects, reaching out to them, and starting conversations. The goal is to understand their needs, qualify whether there's a real opportunity, and book meetings for the sales team. You'll also be responsible for keeping your pipeline organized in a CRM (such as HubSpot) and continuously improving your outreach approach based on what works.
We're looking for someone with strong spoken and written English, who feels confident speaking with new people and doesn't get discouraged by rejection. Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or outreach is helpful, but not mandatory if you're willing to learn quickly. What matters most is being proactive, consistent with follow-ups, and able to work independently without needing constant supervision.
