Title: ServiceNow Developer Sr. – HRSD Module – 6-Month Contract (Remote from Puerto Rico Preferred, U.S. Citizens Only)
Job Description: 3500 Square, LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month federal project. We require a developer with proven experience using the ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) module. This is a fully remote position, with preference for candidates residing in Puerto Rico. Only U.S. citizens may apply. End client is confidential. Full professional proficiency in English required.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions using the ServiceNow HRSD module.
Optimize and troubleshoot HR workflows in ServiceNow.
Integrate HRSD with other modules or external systems as needed.
Document configurations, updates, and provide end-user training.
Required Qualifications:
5–6 years’ experience developing and configuring ServiceNow.
Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module.
U.S. citizenship (required)
Ability to pass a background check Tier 1 (T1/NACI) Used for non-sensitive, low-risk, or public trust positions.
Available for a remote 6-month contract, preferably working from Puerto Rico.
Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Availability to start within the next two weeks.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist Human Resources Service Delivery (CIS-HRSD)
