Senior QA Lead

This is a remote position.

• Strategy & Oversight: Define and drive the comprehensive E2E QA strategy and quality standards for all integrated cross-platform applications and services.
  

• Lead Complex E2E Testing: Design, coordinate, and lead all complex end-to-end testing efforts, acting as the subject matter expert for the entire integrated system.
  

• Cross-Platform Coordination: Lead the design and execution of integrated testing processes that validate complex user workflows spanning multiple platforms 
  

• Risk Assessment: Shift focus from "catching bugs" to "predicting risk." Participate in Technical Design Reviews to flag testability gaps and architectural risks before code is written.
  

• Exploratory & Usability Testing: Plan and perform targeted exploratory and usability testing sessions on high-risk features and major releases to uncover subtle experience issues not captured by traditional scripts.
  

• Release Governance: Provide the "Go/No-Go" recommendation for major releases based on data-driven quality metrics and risk analysis, rather than manual regression results.
  

• Production Monitoring: Establish processes to continuously monitor production quality signals (e.g., bug reports, crash analytics, user feedback) and loop insights back into the QA process for proactive risk mitigation.
  

• Defect Management: Oversee the defect life cycle, ensuring efficient reporting, root cause analysis, and timely resolution for complex, multi-system failures.
  

• Test Environment & Data Management: Governing the strategy for "golden" test datasets and ensuring environment parity so that engineering tests are reliable and not "flaky." 
  

• Automation Support: Influence and evolve automation frameworks in partnership with engineering and Automation COE.
  

• AI Integration: Evaluate, pilot, and integrate AI/ML-driven testing tools and techniques for tasks such as visual regression analysis, self-healing tests, intelligent test data generation, and predictive defect triage.
  

• Leadership & Mentorship: Guide Engineering team members on E2E testing methodologies, effective test case design, execution techniques.
