Distribution Center Operator

We are looking for a dedicated new colleague who takes pride in following established procedures, legal regulations (including customs and local laws), and internal guidelines to ensure the proper receiving, handling, storing, recording, labelling, and dispatching of goods within our warehouse operations. 

You will have the unique opportunity to report directly to our Warehouse Supervisor, be based at our factory in Tuzla, Istanbul, and collaborate closely with a team of talented colleagues. 

Could You Thrive in a Global Community Based on Trust? Your key tasks consist of, but are not limited to: 

• Oversees the receipt, inspection, classification, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures. 

• Manages inventory records in computerized systems and controls documentation for incoming goods, outgoing orders, and customer returns. 

• Operates and supervises the safe use of warehouse machinery, performing basic inspections and reporting operational or safety risks. 

• Guides and supports junior staff while ensuring performance, compliance, quality standards, and 5S/6S practices within the warehouse section. 

• Ensures proper order preparation, quality control of specific product processes (such as inking tasks), and efficient use of warehouse space and workflows.
