Roles & Responsibilities

  • Availability across Europe and GCC time zones
  • Native-level English; multilingual (Arabic and French preferred)
  • Proven cold-calling experience with a track record of booked meetings
  • Ability to work independently and maintain clean records (notes, data, follow-ups) and handle high-volume outreach (100+ dials/day)

Requirements:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls using provided data lists to initiate conversations with target ICPs in GCC and Europe, focusing on retail and e-commerce verticals
  • Book meetings and calls with decision-makers and ensure accurate notes, data and follow-ups are recorded in CRM
  • Cover two regions (GCC and Europe) with scope to expand to additional regions and verticals in the future
  • Maintain high activity levels (target 100+ dials per day) and provide regular progress updates to sales leadership

Anlytic is a data and AI platform (anlytic.com). Anlytic Labs is our agency arm (anlyticlabs.com) that delivers data and AI projects using the product. It's one ecosystem โ€” Labs is our "Trojan horse" into clients, using the product to deliver the work.

We're ramping up outbound and need a cold caller to get conversations started with our target ICP.

Job Description

We provide the data lists. You make the calls. Success is simple: meetings and calls booked with the right people.

You'll cover two regions (GCC and Europe) and two core verticals (retail and e-commerce), with scope to branch into others soon.

Volume

Target of 100+ dials per day.

Terms

Paid trial period to start, moving to a full-time contract on completion. Performance bonus on top for any booked meetings that convert into clients (TBA).
