As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Producer with strong experience in large-scale live event production to support the delivery of a series of immersive shows across Italy.

This role covers both feasibility & planning and onsite execution, with strong operational ownership and coordination across vendors, venues, and stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess feasibility (permitting, venue, costs) and support budget creation
  • Plan and coordinate pre-production (layouts, vendors, logistics)
  • Manage vendors (technical, infrastructure, F&B, security, etc.)
  • Coordinate with venues, local authorities, and internal teams
  • Oversee load-in, show execution, and load-out onsite
  • Manage timelines, task tracking, and run of show
  • Identify operational risks and troubleshoot in real time

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3-5+ years of experience producing live, experiential, or large-scale events
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder productions
  • Strong understanding of event logistics, technical production, and permitting processes
  • Experience managing budgets and vendors end-to-end
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident onsite leadership, able to perform under pressure
  • Working knowledge of safety standards and risk management in live events
  • Experience in pre-production (site visits, permitting, venue setup)
  • Willingness and ability to travel and be onsite for event execution

Required: Availability between May 1st and July 31st 2026, with the possibility of extension until 31st October 2026, and to travel on the weekends.
