About the Role

Full Scale is looking for a highly skilled DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and enhance infrastructure with a strong focus on web security and bot mitigation. This role is critical in maintaining system reliability, performance, and protection against automated traffic and scraping attempts.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can take ownership of infrastructure, and has hands-on experience with anti-bot technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and improve cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on reliability and scalability
Implement and maintain bot protection and anti-scraping systems
Work with and optimize solutions such as Cloudflare, DataDome, or Akamai
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Monitor system performance, incidents, and security threats
Collaborate with engineering teams to strengthen application security and uptime
Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes

Requirements

3+ years experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or Systems Engineer
Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar)
Hands-on experience with CDN and WAF technologies (Cloudflare, Akamai, or similar)
Proven experience in anti-bot, anti-scraping, or fraud prevention systems
Strong knowledge of networking (DNS, TLS, firewalls, load balancing)
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools
Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills
