Job Description:

We are seeking a Front End UI / .NET Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a developer with strong experience in front-end UI development who can also provide .NET backend support for front-end functionality.

This is a hands-on development role focused on building and supporting user-facing web applications. The ideal candidate will primarily own the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery layer, while also contributing to backend development using .NET, C#, and ASP.NET MVC.

The right person will have experience working within multi-tenant SaaS platforms, understand the architectural considerations they require, and be comfortable supporting both front-end and backend components in a collaborative development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and develop the front-end layer using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Build and maintain backend functionality using .NET Framework 4.8 and/or .NET 6+
Develop and support web applications using C# and ASP.NET MVC
Write and maintain MS SQL queries and basic stored procedures
Design, consume, and support RESTful APIs
Contribute to applications built within a multi-tenant SaaS architecture
Use Visual Studio for development and Azure DevOps for source control, work items, and pipelines
Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and backend issues
Collaborate with team members to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Proven experience as a front-end UI developer with backend support capability
Minimum 3 years of .NET development experience
Experience with .NET Framework 4.8 and/or .NET 6+
Working knowledge of C# and ASP.NET MVC
Working knowledge of MS SQL, including query writing and basic stored procedures
Hands-on experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and the architectural considerations they require
Familiarity with Visual Studio
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including source control, work items, and pipelines
Familiarity with RESTful API design and consumption
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience working across both front-end and backend layers in a full stack environment
Experience supporting production SaaS applications
Familiarity with modernizing or maintaining applications across mixed .NET environments
Experience working in an agile development team
