Purpose:
Responsible for coordinating and executing regional Compensation and Benefits initiatives across Latin America, ensuring consistency in salary processes, cross-functional benefits practices, structural alignment, budget control, guidance to platforms on Compensation & Benefits processes in Workday, and implementation of regional projects focused on organizational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Responsabilities:
- Coordinate the annual regional compensation cycle, including bonus, salary review, and headcount/G&A budget control.
- Monitor monthly salary budget utilization and analyze deviations against forecast.
- Support annual compensation budget planning and future salary scenario development.
- Align regional organizational structures and salary tabs according to market benchmarks and internal guidelines.
- Participate in regional salary surveys (TRS and market benchmarks), ensuring data quality and analysis of results to support salary structure updates.
- Lead organizational efficiency analysis through span of control, layers, organizational ratios, and functional benchmarking by platform and region.
- Identify savings opportunities derived from reorganizations and resource optimization initiatives.
- Communicate organizational analysis results and support efficiency implementation by function and platform.
- Provide regional support for payroll systems implementation, ensuring proper Compensation & Benefits integration in Workday.
- Manage regional SLA compliance in Workday processes across platforms, ensuring agreed response and resolution times.
- Ensure knowledge and proper adoption of Compensation & Benefits processes within the HR system across regional platforms.
- Design and maintain dashboards for managers and HR Platforms, integrating operational and decision-making needs.
- Monitor regional compensation, benefits, and organizational structure processes under governance standards.
- Ensure compliance with job evaluation processes and organizational job description updates under ECLA guidelines.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
Required Experience / desireable:
5–10 years of experience in Compensation, Organizational Structures, or Regional HR functions.
Technical knowledge:
Experience working with Workday.
Other skills / behavioral competences:
Strong analytical skills, regional perspective, process improvement mindset, and attention to detail.
Languages:
Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a plus.
