The Lead Data Management position is a senior member of the Encounter Submission organization and is responsible for accomplishment of strategic goals, operational efficiency, and compliance. You will collaborate with partners to design and refine workflows, address complex data and process challenges, and leads by example in project execution and technical innovation. This position is instrumental in building a high-performing, collaborative, and innovative Business Intelligence team that delivers strategic value to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
Proven ability developing initiatives and leveraging insights to influence strategic decisions
6+ years of experience researching complex datasets, that includes working within the healthcare industry, to identify process optimization, identify areas of improvement and limitations, using Python and SQL.
Experience developing and maintaining complex machine learning frameworks
Experience collaborating with, and presenting to, internal teams and key stakeholders to demonstrate impactful solutions to optimize processes
Experience performing as a Subject Matter Expert, guiding junior team members toward strategic solutions
Create reports, projections, models, and presentations to support business.
