Job description

Squadio is looking for an innovative and experienced Software Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that our software products meet market needs and achieve our business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop a product roadmap and execute on strategic initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and product growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer insights, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop detailed specifications and wireframes for new features.
  • Lead product development cycles using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software on time.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new software products or enhancements to existing offerings.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret user feedback and data to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop successful go-to-market strategies for product launches.
  • Monitor product performance and user engagement to continuously optimize and enhance the user experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure our products remain relevant and competitive.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with user research and data analytics to inform product decisions.
  • Proficient with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
