Job Summary

We’re looking for a Google Ads Expert to take ownership of paid search campaigns and drive measurable growth for a portfolio of clients. You’ll be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting—working closely with account managers and clients to deliver strong ROI.

This role is ideal for professionals searching for remote Google Ads jobs, PPC specialist roles, or paid media manager positions with a strong focus on performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Optimize campaigns for performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
  • Monitor budgets and allocate spend to maximize ROI
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
  • A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to align on goals and performance
  • Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Proven track record of improving ROI and scaling paid campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
    • Google Analytics (GA4)
    • Conversion tracking and attribution models
  • Experience with keyword tools, bid strategies, and campaign optimization techniques
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing discussions
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred
