Responsibilities

  • Own the HubSpot CRM architecture end-to-end including pipelines, lifecycle stages, custom properties, workflows, and reporting; design and enforce the revenue data model across systems; maintain data quality standards (deduplication, attribution logic, standardized fields, lifecycle governance); build integration workflows between HubSpot, Airtable, Clay, and outbound platforms; implement automation to eliminate manual CRM work.
  • Build real-time revenue analytics and reporting infrastructure; define core revenue metrics (pipeline coverage, conversion rates, CAC, retention); deliver regular revenue performance reports to leadership and create executive dashboards; develop client-facing RevOps reporting frameworks.
  • Lead RevOps-as-a-Service engagements: perform CRM audits and RevOps assessments for external clients; diagnose pipeline and data issues and build remediation roadmaps; architect and implement HubSpot or Salesforce CRM systems; act as a senior RevOps advisor and develop repeatable service delivery playbooks.
  • Build advanced integration and automation: develop n8n workflows connecting the revenue stack; automate data syncs, enrichment pipelines, and workflow triggers; integrate billing systems such as Stripe with CRM records; apply AI tools for analytics, documentation, and automation design.

Job Summary

This Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps) role owns the architecture, analytics, and automation infrastructure behind a high-performing revenue engine.

The role has a dual mandate:

  1. Internal RevOps Leadership
    Designing and running the company’s revenue operations stack, including CRM architecture, pipeline reporting, integrations, and revenue analytics.
  2. Client-Facing RevOps Delivery
    Leading RevOps-as-a-service engagements for external clients—auditing CRM systems, implementing infrastructure, and delivering actionable revenue insights.

This is initially an individual contributor role that evolves into building and leading a RevOps team over the next 6–12 months.

You’ll work directly with GTM leadership and the founder to turn operational data into decisions.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Architecture & Data Integrity

  • Own the HubSpot CRM architecture end-to-end (pipelines, lifecycle stages, custom properties, workflows, reporting).
  • Design and enforce the revenue data model across systems.
  • Maintain data quality standards including:
    • Deduplication
    • attribution logic
    • standardized fields
    • lifecycle governance.
  • Build integration workflows between HubSpot, Airtable, Clay, and outbound platforms.
  • Implement automation that eliminates manual CRM work.

Revenue Analytics & Reporting

  • Build a real-time reporting infrastructure for pipeline health, revenue velocity, and GTM performance.
  • Define the core revenue metrics framework (pipeline coverage, conversion rates, CAC, retention).
  • Deliver regular revenue performance reports to leadership.
  • Create executive-level dashboards used for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop client-facing RevOps reporting frameworks.

RevOps-as-a-Service Delivery

  • Lead CRM audits and RevOps assessments for external clients.
  • Diagnose pipeline and data issues and build remediation roadmaps.
  • Architect and implement HubSpot or Salesforce CRM systems.
  • Act as a senior RevOps advisor during client engagements.
  • Build repeatable service delivery frameworks and playbooks.

Systems Integration & Automation

  • Build advanced n8n workflows connecting the revenue stack.
  • Automate data syncs, alerts, enrichment pipelines, and workflow triggers.
  • Integrate billing systems such as Stripe with CRM records.
  • Maintain working knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture.
  • Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) for analytics, documentation, and automation design.

Requirements

  • Core Qualifications
    • Deep HubSpot CRM architecture expertise with experience building systems from the ground up.
    • Proven experience designing revenue pipelines, lifecycle models, and CRM data structures.
    • Hands-on experience building integrations using n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, or webhook-based workflows.
    • Strong revenue analytics skills, including pipeline coverage modeling, CAC analysis, and cohort retention analysis.
    • Experience implementing automation-driven GTM systems across CRM, outbound tools, and data platforms.
    • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including data models, reporting, and migration planning.
    • Ability to translate complex operational data into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Preferred Experience
    • Experience delivering RevOps consulting or agency-style CRM implementations.
    • Hands-on production experience with n8n automation workflows.
    • Experience integrating Stripe or billing platforms with CRM systems.
    • Familiarity with AI tools used in operations workflows (e.g., AI-assisted reporting, workflow automation, documentation generation).
    • Experience hiring or mentoring RevOps analysts or CRM administrators.
