We are looking for an Account Manager to serve serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for ensuring their success using the company’s platform, driving adoption, and identifying growth opportunities. This role requires strong English fluency, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them from onboarding through long-term success
  • Build strong relationships through proactive check-ins, QBRs, and solution-driven support
  • Monitor client health and engagement using CRM and analytics tools
  • Identify upsell opportunities and partner with sales for renewals and expansions
  • Act as the voice of the customer—sharing insights with product and support teams
  • Educate users on best practices to maximize platform value and ROI
  • Handle escalations and troubleshoot client issues with speed and professionalism

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1/C2)—strong written and verbal communication is essential.
  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or appointment setting.
  • 1+ year of client-facing experience, managing communications and strategy.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments with multiple priorities.
  • Experience leading small teams or managing cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (preferably HubSpot) and data-driven reporting.
  • A creative problem-solver who enjoys experimenting with outreach strategies to achieve results.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success
  • Fluent English communication skills—both verbal and written (C1+ level)
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships across time zones and cultures
  • Tech-savvy with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management platforms (e.g. Asana, ClickUp)
  • Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly responsive in remote settings
