Compensation: Competitive, $1,700 - $2,000/month

We’re a mission-driven Personal Injury law firm seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing team. If you're passionate about client advocacy and want to support people during some of their toughest moments—all while working remotely—this is the role for you.

💼 What You’ll Do:
You'll be the backbone of our litigation team—supporting attorneys, organizing cases, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Draft demand letters, discovery responses, and legal correspondence
  • Manage deadlines, case files, records, and exhibits
  • Conduct client interviews and coordinate document collection
  • Handle medical records and billing summaries
  • Support trial prep and case strategy
  • Liaise with providers, adjusters, and experts
  • Track details and ensure timelines are met like a pro

Requirements

  • Prior experience in personal injury law (Required)
  • Proven experience in litigation support
  • Strong understanding of case management and litigation workflows
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (client-facing role)
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Comfort working with Google Drive and digital document systems
  • Spanish bilingual proficiency
