Position Overview
The Vessel Charter Manager will act as the primary link between the project teams and vessel owners and be responsible for the strategic and operational management of third-party vessel charters required for all installation-related activities.
As well as managing and protecting the company’s commercial position, the role will ensure that there is a consistent flow of information between the parties to allow for successful project execution as well as working with the Master Scheduler to ensure that utilization is maximized. Where gaps in utilization may look to develop the charter manager will be responsible for finding alternate utilization to fill unutilized gaps or work with vessel owner to mitigate any standby costs.
