JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DIGITAL CONTENT & DATA ENTRY ADMIN (SHOPIFY)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Digital Content & Data Entry Admin to support day-to-day eCommerce operations, with a focus on Shopify content management and data accuracy.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with repetitive tasks, and has a strong eye for detail. You will play a key role in ensuring product information, digital content, and backend data are consistently accurate, up to date, and aligned with business requirements.
Your responsibilities as a Digital Content & Data Entry Admin would be:
Manage and update Shopify product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and variants. Perform accurate data entry across spreadsheets, systems, and Shopify backend. Maintain and organize digital content and product data to ensure consistency and accuracy. Upload and manage website content, ensuring alignment with brand and formatting standards. Conduct regular checks to ensure all product and site data are correct and up to date. Assist in organizing product categories, tags, and collections for better navigation. Support basic troubleshooting or flag issues related to product listings or content discrepancies. Work closely with internal teams to ensure all required information is complete before publishing. Qualifications as a Digital Content & Data Entry Admin would be: Proven experience in data entry, eCommerce support, or admin roles. Experience working with Shopify (preferred). Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets. Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while maintaining quality. Good written English and basic communication skills. Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
