Position Title: Course Enrolment Advisor
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm PH Time
Salary: Php 50,000 – Php 65,000
About the Role
One of our advisors earned an extra ₱20,000 in commission last month on top of their base salary.
This is not a typical call centre sales role. You'll be speaking with Australians who have already enquired about online courses — people looking to upskill, change careers, or get qualified in something new.
Your job is to understand what they're trying to achieve, answer their questions honestly, and guide them through deciding whether a course is the right next step. Many are still exploring options. Strong listening skills and the ability to guide someone through a considered decision matter more than pressure tactics.
Enquiries are warm. There is no cold calling.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR COURSE ENROLMENT ADVISOR
Responsibilities as a Course Enrolment Advisor:
• Contact and re-engage prospective students who have already shown interest
• Ask the right questions to understand their goals and what's holding them back
• Walk them through course options and what they can expect
• Guide interested students through the enrolment process
• Manage your pipeline and follow up at the right time
• Keep accurate records in Salesforce
• Meet enrolment targets while keeping a student-first approach
Qualifications as a Course Enrolment Advisor:
• 2+ years phone-based sales or advisory experience where you personally closed or secured commitments
• Experience guiding people through considered decisions — not scripted fast sales
• Comfortable managing your own pipeline and hitting targets
• Salesforce or CRM experience
• Clear spoken English — you'll be speaking with Australian students daily
• Based in the Philippines, available full-time Monday–Friday
Backgrounds that tend to do well: education or course enrolment, coaching or training program sales, financial or insurance advisory, immigration consulting, career development advisory.
This role is very different from cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, or scripted B2B sales.
