Executive - Operations (Freight Forwarding)

Requirements

1. Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations (Sea, Air & Road – Import/Export)
   
2. Handle shipments from confirmation to final delivery at the customer’s location
   
3. Coordinate daily with carriers, agents, and customers for smooth shipment movement
   
4. Prepare shipping instructions and coordinate with shipping lines/agents
   
5. Handle complete shipping documentation and compliance
   
6. Track shipments and provide regular updates, including arrival notices
   
7. Follow up with clients for duty, DO, and other payments
   
8. Prepare quotations with multiple options and clear terms
   
9. Negotiate with customers and suggest cost-effective transport solutions
   
10. Build and maintain strong client relationships
    
11. Generate business through references and existing clients
    
12. Handle general cargo shipments and resolve operational issues
    
13. Coordinate with internal teams (clearance, transport, etc.)
    
14. Liaise with global agents for smooth operations
    
15. Resolve issues with shipping lines, customers, truckers, and clearing agents
