  • Act as the regional commercial and technical reference point for C‑PFP

  • Champion commercial excellence, value‑based selling, and customer centricity

  • Represent Hempel competently across stakeholders while ensuring full compliance and governance

Furthermore, we expect that you have

  • Proven experience in commercial leadership, sales, or business development within PFP, fire protection, coatings, or technical construction solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a strong preference for an MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline

  • Strong understanding of Cellulosic Passive Fire Protection systems and project‑based environments

  • Commercially sharp, strategic, and data‑driven with experience working to defined standards

  • Experience influencing teams across countries and cultures (people leadership or strong matrix leadership)

  • Proven ability to perform in high‑pressure environments and deliver against ambitious targets

  • Proactive, creative, and innovative in identifying opportunities and solving problems
