About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the evolution of a data-driven platform powering fleet management and full-service asset disposition. This role sits at the intersection of data architecture, product strategy, and commercial impact—owning how we translate complex datasets into scalable, high-leverage product experiences.
You will define and drive product initiatives that shape how enterprise clients manage, value, and disposition their assets across global markets. This is a highly strategic role with direct influence on business outcomes, requiring strong product judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous problem spaces.
What You’ll Own
Define and execute product strategy across a portfolio of data-intensive products and capabilities
Architect scalable product solutions by partnering closely with engineering and data teams to ensure data models support long-term product extensibility
Evaluate existing systems and infrastructure to identify constraints, inefficiencies, and opportunities for modernization aligned with future roadmap objectives
Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning product, engineering, data science, commercial, and operations teams
Translate business goals into clear product direction, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and functions
Develop product narratives that connect vision, roadmap, and execution across diverse audiences (executive, technical, commercial)
Drive discovery and problem framing rooted in a deep understanding of user workflows, client needs, and market dynamics
Own prioritization decisions and trade-offs, balancing immediate delivery with long-term platform scalability
Deliver measurable outcomes tied to revenue growth, operational efficiency, and client experience
What We’re Looking For
Core Capabilities
Strong product intuition with the ability to identify and frame high-impact problems in complex, data-rich environments
Proven ability to design and evolve data structures that scale product functionality over time
Deep understanding of how to assess existing architecture and determine when to iterate vs. rebuild
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncover non-obvious insights
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate a clear product vision across organizational levels
Ability to operate independently, with high ownership and accountability for outcomes
Technical & Analytical Fluency
Experience working with data platforms, analytics products, or data-driven decision systems
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams on system design, data modeling, and platform constraints
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions
Familiarity with modern data ecosystems (e.g., data pipelines, APIs, warehouse architectures)
Product Leadership
Track record of building or transforming products into scalable, high-growth business drivers
Ability to align product strategy with broader business objectives while maintaining a strong user-centric perspective
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across complex organizational structures
High standards for execution quality, clarity, and operational rigor
Baseline Qualifications
3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or data-driven platforms
Experience working in or alongside data analytics, marketplace, or operational platforms
Proven ability to deliver complex products from concept through launch and iteration
Nice-to-Have (Market Expectations)
Experience in fleet management, logistics, heavy equipment, or asset lifecycle industries
Exposure to pricing, valuation, or disposition workflows
Familiarity with global markets and multi-region product considerations
Experience working in high-growth or transformation-stage organizations
Background in SQL, data analysis, or technical disciplines
How You Work
You think in systems, not features
You prioritize outcomes over outputs
You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
You bring structure to ambiguity and clarity to complexity
You elevate the people and teams around you
