About Us:

WiselyWise is an authorised Zoho partner based in Singapore, delivering end-to-end Zoho CRM and Books implementations for SMEs across industries. Our work focuses on real business use cases, system customization, and ongoing optimization to ensure clients get measurable value from their Zoho setup.



We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM and Zoho Books specialist to join our team. This is a fully remote role focused on implementation, customization, and ongoing support across multiple Zoho environments.

This is not an entry-level role. You will be expected to independently handle requirements and deliver production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Zoho CRM and Zoho Books
  • Customize modules, workflows, blueprints, and automation
  • Translate business requirements into Zoho solutions
  • Handle data migration, setup, and system structuring
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
  • Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision


Requirements

Mandatory Requirements (Read Carefully Before Applying):

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Zoho customization/development experience (STRICT REQUIREMENT)
  • Total experience: 5–8 years preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Zoho CRM (modules, workflows, blueprints, automation)
    • Zoho Books (invoicing, tax, reporting, workflows)
  • Experience handling end-to-end implementations
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must have your own laptop and stable internet connection

Good to Have (Strong Advantage):

  • Experience with Deluge scripting
  • Exposure to Zoho integrations (API, third-party tools)
  • Experience with Zoho One ecosystem
