We are currently searching for a Sr. Product Manager BA role:
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end strategy for growth initiatives, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO), referral loops, and retention mechanics.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth opportunities across e-commerce surfaces and owned marketing channels.
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements and manage agile processes, including backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
- Design, deploy, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across web and app platforms to improve key funnel metrics.
- Lead a dedicated or cross-functional growth squad, managing backlogs with a high velocity of shipping.
- Partner with Engineering, Data, and Marketing to build scalable growth features and align traffic with high-converting experiences.
- Define and track North Star metrics and leading indicators in collaboration with the Data and Analytics teams.
- Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, enabling personalization, lifecycle marketing, and experimentation through technology.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience in B2C e-commerce or marketplace environments.
- Expertise in A/B testing and multivariate experimentation to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or similar platforms.
- Technical comfort working with APIs, tracking pixels, and data schemas to ensure clean attribution.
- Proven track record of driving "move the needle" results in a consumer software or platform-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices, including wireframing.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Desired:
- Direct experience optimizing international e-commerce funnels.
- Background in SEO-driven product growth or referral program management.
- Experience supporting multi-brand e-commerce platforms.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Advanced Spanish.
