Roles & Responsibilities

1-2 years of experience in similar roles with inventory management and loading/unloading electronics
Basic Excel skills
High school diploma or equivalent (Diversificado) in any field
Valid driver's license (types B/M/C) and own transportation; license for small truck (H100) preferred

Requirements:

Collect and deliver items to various locations, ensuring safe transport to prevent product damage
Maintain records of all trips and mileage for transported goods; log and control inventory movements in the system
Dispatch, receive, and place products in the warehouse; conduct cycle counts in the central warehouse
Label, repack products and ensure cleanliness and order in aisles and racks; verify correct product placement

El Auxiliar de Almacén y Transportador de Autos/Motos_GTM, garantiza un servicio satisfactorio y superior hacia el cliente interno y mantener una relación de respeto e integridad con proveedores. Asegura el cumplimiento en los procesos de logística: recolectar, entregar, recepción, almacenaje y distribución de producto y todos los relacionados al área de bodega. Así mismo el cumplimiento de procesos, iniciativas y políticas a cargo del equipo de logística. Contribuir en la optimización de espacio y exactitud en la ubicación de cada artículo, asegurando cero condiciones de riesgo.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES:

La recolección y entrega de artículos a diversas ubicaciones, garantizando al mismo tiempo el transporte seguro del producto para evitar daños a la mercancía.
Mantenimiento de registros de todos los viajes y kilometrajes durante el transporte de mercancías.
Registro y control de los movimientos de inventario en bodega hacia el sistema.
Despachos, recepción y colocación de productos en bodega.
Manejo de conteos cíclicos en bodega central.
Colaborar con etiqueta y reempaque de producto.
Asegurar limpieza y orden en pasillos y racks, así como la correcta ubicación de cada producto. Distribución de producto de bodega central a sala de ventas protegiendo el estado de cada artículo y viceversa, utilizando flota corporativa.
Trabajo operativo en campo, revisando procesos o programas comerciales con los equipos de tienda.
Transporte y movilización de motocicletas y autos utilizando flota corporativa, incluyendo traslado entre bodegas, parqueos y tiendas para liquidaciones y cancelaciones.
Encendido, apagado y acomodo seguro de unidades (motocicletas y autos) siguiendo procesos establecidos de logística.
Apoyo en transporte foráneo cuando sea necesario, incluyendo viajes a tiendas fuera de la ciudad y pernocta ocasional.
Manejo de inventario específico de motocicletas: control, registro, movimientos y verificación de estado.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en puestos similares: manejando inventarios y conocimiento en carga y descarga de producto electrónico.
Manejo básico de Excel.
Enfoque en resultados.
Graduado de diversificado en cualquier carrera.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario de lunes a viernes y eventualmente sábados y días festivos (con previo aviso).
Contar con licencia de vehículo (Tipo “B” y “M” y/ó “C”) y cualquier medio de transporte propio. Se requiere licencia para camión pequeño (tipo H100 o similar).
