Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time remote position serving clients in Wyoming through telehealth. In this role, you will provide mental health support, complete clinical assessments, build treatment plans, and guide clients through ongoing therapy sessions. This position plays an important part in helping individuals manage challenges, improve daily functioning, and work toward practical mental health goals from the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual individual therapy sessions to clients using a secure telehealth platform
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and document clinical findings
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on client needs
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
• Support clients with coping strategies, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active LCSW license in the state of Wyoming
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health support
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning
