Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring an LPC to deliver virtual counseling services to clients seeking support for mental health and life-related challenges. This position involves conducting assessments, guiding treatment, documenting care, and helping clients make practical progress through regular therapy sessions. Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually for ongoing counseling appointments
• Perform intake assessments and identify immediate treatment needs
• Develop treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Provide therapy for issues including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and trauma-related concerns
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely session documentation
• Review client progress and update goals throughout treatment

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
• Active Michigan LPC license in good standing
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical counseling experience preferred
• Experience with telehealth or outpatient mental health services is a plus
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and documentation skills
