Position: Full-Time

Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide telehealth therapy for clients throughout Washington. This position centers on direct client care, including assessment, therapy, treatment planning, and progress tracking in a secure virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through scheduled telehealth sessions
• Complete intake evaluations and clinical assessments
• Provide therapy based on client needs and presenting concerns
• Update treatment goals as clients progress
• Maintain professional records and session notes
• Follow HIPAA, licensing, and clinical practice standards

Requirements

• Active Washington LICSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Experience providing clinical counseling or therapy
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a remote care setting
