Your future tasks and duties:
Taking ownership of the team’s process and continuously improving it as a Change Agent
Supporting the Product Owner in backlog management and ticket prioritization in Jira
Making sure tasks are well-described, ready for development, and aligned with current business priorities
Monitoring team capacity and supporting effective resource management across a larger project setup
Helping ensure the optimal use of skills, availability, and workload distribution within the team
Removing blockers and protecting the team’s flow so they can work effectively without unnecessary disruptions
Working closely with the main PM on a large project, supporting future planning and risk management
Acting as one of the key business-facing points of contact for the client
Building trust in the Masterborn-client relationship and supporting the team in external communication
Keeping both short-term and long-term business goals in focus while setting healthy boundaries when needed
Supporting team morale and psychological safety, helping create a healthy and productive work environment
Contributing not only within the project, but also by sharing Scrum and process knowledge across Masterborn
About you - Tech skills & Experience:
Minimum 6 months of commercial experience in the IT industry
Solid theoretical knowledge of Scrum and a good understanding of product delivery processes
Deep understanding of Agile principles and the difference between “doing Agile” and “being Agile”
Practical knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, GSuite, and Microsoft Office
Understanding of how to support backlog quality, prioritization, and team planning in a delivery environment
Interest in working at the intersection of process, delivery, team support, and business collaboration
About you - Soft skills:
Polish and English at C1 level - you will be in regular contact with both the internal team and an American client
Assertiveness and confidence - you are not afraid of difficult conversations and can explain your perspective clearly
Strong organizational discipline - you can manage multiple threads at once in a large team setup
Problem-solving mindset - instead of focusing on obstacles, you look for ways around them
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for both process and team effectiveness
Ability to balance team wellbeing, delivery needs, and business expectations
Comfortable working in a role with a high level of independence and impact
Nice to have:
Scrum certification (e.g. PSM I)
Experience working with Kanban or Scrumban
Experience in direct cooperation with external clients
