Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Remote Pipedrive CRM Developer to design, implement, and maintain a scalable and highly automated sales infrastructure. In this role, you will translate business requirements into technical CRM solutions by customizing pipelines, building workflow automations, and developing integrations with external systems through the Pipedrive API and REST APIs. You will also be responsible for ensuring data integrity, supporting complex data migrations, and developing reporting dashboards that provide actionable insights for sales operations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with analytical problem-solving skills and experience integrating CRM platforms with automation tools such as Zapier and Make, helping the organization scale its CRM capabilities as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities:

System Architecture & Customization:

  • Design and build custom pipelines, deal stages, and fields that align with our unique sales process.

API & Integration Development:

  • Develop, test, and maintain custom integrations between Pipedrive and external tools (e.g., Lead generation tools, ERPs, or internal databases) using the Pipedrive API.

Workflow Automation:

  • Create and manage advanced Workflow Automations to eliminate manual tasks, such as auto-assigning leads or triggering follow-up sequences.

Data Integrity & Maintenance:

  • Perform regular data audits, deduplication, and standardization to ensure high-quality reporting.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Build custom dashboards and advanced reports to provide actionable insights into team performance and revenue forecasting.

Technical Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting system errors and managing production support tickets.
  • Perform other tasks related to the position.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
  • Experience working with Pipedrive CRM administration or development.
  • Experience with API integrations and REST (Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interfaces) APIs.
  • Experience with workflow automation and CRM customization.
  • Ability to manage data migrations and data cleaning.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience integrating Pipedrive with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar automation tools.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or similar scripting languages.
  • Experience integrating CRMs with ERP systems, marketing platforms, or lead generation tools.
  • Experience building sales dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Experience supporting sales operations teams is a plus.
  • Experience scaling CRM systems for growing companies is a plus.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker, proactive, reliable, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and confident approach.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time (New York time) business hours for at least four hours.
  • Interested in long-term career opportunities.
