Job description

Cy Recruitment agency with license number 506 based in Paphos, is seeking for a highly motivated people person recruitment consultant to join its growing team.

This position is partially remote, however the successful candidate must reside in Paphos where our office is located.

Responsibilities include:

  • Business development, identify and engage with clients, present services.
  • Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancies
  • Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
  • helping applicants to prepare for interviews
  • building relationships with clients.
  • briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
  • preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
  • organising interviews for candidates as requested by the clien
  • informing candidates about the results of interviews
  • offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
  • negotiating contracts
