Job description

Location & Setup

Ghent, Belgium
Hybrid model
- First month: fully on-site (training)
- After: 1 day per week remote

Working Schedule

24/7 rotational shifts
7h30 working time per shift
30-minute lunch break
5 working days / week (including weekends & public holidays)

Contract

Initial contracts: 1 3 6 months
Not permanent from day one
Candidates must be comfortable with short-term progression
