Your impact
- Meet monthly retail purchase and sales targets for tractors and agricultural machinery within their territory.
- Request, follow up, and maintain controls over sales forecasts and order scheduling for each of their dealers.
- Advise dealers, salespeople, and end customers on the sales processes of the former two and the acquisition process of the latter in relation to tractors, forage equipment, and specialized equipment.
- Implement and follow up on commercial programs published by Sales and Marketing.
- Coordinate the execution of the field demonstration plan.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years in agricultural machinery sales.
- Administration.
- Marketing.
- General knowledge of agronomy and/or agribusiness.
- Advanced English and SAP are desirable but not mandatory.

You will work with your AGCO colleagues on remote model in Mexico covering the north of the country. Youβre required to reside in Durango, GΓ³mez Palacio, Nuevo LeΓ³n or Tamaulipas.
