Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Brand identity: Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all touchpoints; create brand guidelines and ensure alignment across teams
  • Web/UI design: Design website layouts, landing pages, and UI elements; collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation; optimize visuals for performance-driven campaigns
  • Marketing collateral: Design social media content, brochures, banners, and presentations; produce high-quality client-facing materials; ensure outputs are clean, modern, and aligned with brand standards
  • Production & collaboration: Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files; edit and enhance images; work with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to manage multiple projects and deadlines

800 Storage is a fast-growing premium self-storage company operating 9 facilities across Dubai. We serve both individuals and businesses, combining physical storage space with technology-driven operations, AI-powered sales automation, and a customer-first approach to space management.

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a designer who can elevate our brand identity and digital presence.


The Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in branding and web design. This role goes beyond basic design β€” you will help shape how our brand looks, feels, and communicates across both digital platforms and marketing materials.


What You’ll Do

Branding & Visual Identity

  • Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all touchpoints
  • Create brand guidelines and ensure alignment across teams

Web & Digital Design

  • Design website layouts, landing pages, and UI elements
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design quality is accurately implemented
  • Optimize visuals for performance-driven campaigns

Marketing & Collateral

  • Design social media content, brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations
  • Produce high-quality, client-facing materials (documents, templates, reports)
  • Ensure all outputs are clean, modern, and aligned with brand standards

Production & Execution

  • Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files (correct sizing, bleed, export settings, etc.)
  • Edit and enhance images (retouching, adjustments, cleanups)

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Content Support

  • Assist with basic video editing (e.g., CapCut) for reels using available footage

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on branding and web design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity + web/digital design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layout
  • Strong attention to detail (pixel-perfect mindset)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Figma or other UI/UX tools
  • Basic video editing or motion graphics skills
  • Familiarity with performance marketing creatives
