Business Analyst

800 Storage is a fast-growing Storage provider that offers multiple solutions to both businesses and individuals.  Our mission is to leverage space capacities by providing a combination of space with the latest technologies and customer service practices to manage it. 
 

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work closely with the product development team, operations team, and other stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide insights into key business metrics.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define business requirements for new products and features

• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports

• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions

• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear and concise presentations and reports

• Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes, systems, and requirements

• Monitor and track progress against project plans and timelines, and identify risks and issues

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related field

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
