The Senior Director, PBM Strategic Relations – GTM Strategy plays a critical role in driving the success of RxBenefits’ relationships and strategic initiatives with PBMs and other vendor partners while ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision, values, strategic plan, and financial objectives. This leader is responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of critical PBM initiatives impacting our business and clients. The ideal candidate demonstrates deep expertise in operational and strategic pharmacy management, strong communication skills with internal and external executive stakeholders, and proven understanding of complex PBM pricing. The Senior Director collaborates closely with cross functional RxBenefits leaders to foster a client centric culture focused on collaboration, advocacy, and execution. This role reports directly to the Vice President, PBM Strategic Relations.

Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $149,600 to $187,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
