? AI Sales & GTM Intern (Future Account Executive Track)

Company: BlockTXM (TalentXM Ecosystem)

Location: Remote (LATAM & Philippines preferred)

Duration: 3–6 Months (Evaluation Period)

Commitment: 20+ hours/week

? Why This Role Exists

This is not a traditional internship.

This is a structured 3–6 month evaluation program designed to identify and develop future Account Executives and AI GTM talent.

You will work on real deals, real clients, and real sales workflows — not simulations.

? After 3–6 months of performance evaluation, high-performing interns may be:

Absorbed into the company as fractional talent

Transitioned into paid roles (AE / GTM / Business Development)

Given ownership of accounts or revenue streams

? What You’ll Work On

? AI-Powered Sales Execution

Support inbound + outbound GTM motions

Use AI tools for research, outreach, and pipeline building

? Client Discovery & Conversations

Join real discovery calls

Learn how enterprise problems are identified and qualified

? Deal & Proposal Support

Assist with proposals, decks, and SOWs

Support deal structuring and CRM tracking

? Account Engagement

Interact with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and calls

Support follow-ups and relationship building

? Exposure to AI + Consulting

Work alongside AI engineers and consultants

Learn how solutions are positioned and sold
