Description:

CTG is seeking an experienced Maximo Data Integration & Conversion Specialist to lead complex data migration efforts for enterprise Maximo (MAS) implementations. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely data conversion from legacy systems into Maximo environments.

 

Location: Remote
Duration: 11 months

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end data conversion strategy, planning, and execution
  • Define data mappings, transformation rules, and conversion architecture
  • Perform ETL activities (extract, cleanse, transform, load) using SQL, Python, and MIF
  • Conduct data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance
  • Execute mock loads, incremental loads, and final cutover activities
  • Collaborate with SMEs during SIT/UAT to validate and resolve data issues
  • Ensure auditability, traceability, and data governance standards

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with data migration and ETL processes
  • Hands-on expertise with IBM Maximo and Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
  • Advanced SQL and working knowledge of Python
  • Experience with data mapping, transformation, and data quality processes
  • Ability to manage large datasets and complex data dependencies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS)
  • Familiarity with Power BI or data quality automation tools
  • Knowledge of GIS/ESRI spatial data
  • Exposure to Azure or cloud-based data platforms
  • Understanding of asset management, APM, or IoT data models

Experience:

  • 7+ years in data integration, migration, or conversion roles
  • Proven experience supporting Maximo implementations or upgrades

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $95.00 to $115.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
