Application Architect

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Application Architect to design and lead the development of scalable, AI-driven solutions for our client-facing applications. This role will be instrumental in shaping modern architectures across cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and business intelligence tools.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in cloud architecture (AWS and Azure), data platforms, and AI/ML integration, along with experience building solutions that integrate with CRM systems such as DealCloud.

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of AI-enabled applications and platforms
  
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across AWS and Azure environments
  
• Partner with data teams to design architectures that leverage Tableau and Power BI for analytics and reporting
  
• Design and implement data pipelines and integrations across multiple systems, including CRM platforms like DealCloud
  
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture, system design, and solution roadmaps
  
• Evaluate and implement AI/ML models, APIs, and services (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI use cases)
  
• Establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of architecture designs
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and engineers
  
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance requirements
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in application architecture or solution architecture roles
  
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms
  
• Experience designing systems that integrate with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  
• Proven experience building enterprise-level applications and distributed systems
  
• Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and API integrations
  
• Experience working with or integrating CRM platforms (DealCloud or similar)
  
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and frameworks (e.g., model integration, data pipelines, inference services)
  
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or .NET)
  
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
