ASD AOEM客户经理

作为 3M 安全与工业产品事业部（SIBG）工业研磨产品组（ASD）的 AOEM 客户经理，您将专注于汽车原装设备制造领域。您将有机会发挥好奇心，与全球最具创新力的汽车行业专家合作，共同推动研磨技术在汽车制造工艺中的应用。

在这里，您将通过以下方式产生影响：

行业销售目标： 负责指定汽车行业客户（包括主机厂及重点 Tier 1 供应商）的研磨产品推广与销售，确保达成 AOEM 业务部门的年度销售指标。

工艺渗透（Spec-in）： 深入理解汽车白车身、涂装及零部件制造工艺，通过技术演示和现场测试，将 3M 研磨解决方案植入客户的标准工艺流程。

项目生命周期管理： 识别并跟进汽车新车型开发项目（NPI），在设计和试产阶段介入，提供专业的技术咨询与方案建议。

关键客户关系： 管理并维护与汽车客户内部采购、工艺、质量及研发部门的关键联系人关系。

渠道协作： 与 AOEM 指定分销商紧密配合，管理区域内的库存、物流及售后技术支持。

市场情报： 收集并分析汽车行业趋势、竞争对手动态及前沿应用信息，定期向管理层汇报。

数字化管理： 熟练使用 CRM 系统管理项目漏斗（Pipeline）、销售机会及日常拜访记录。

您的技能和专长：

本科或以上学历，高分子材料、化学、机械工程或汽车工程专业优先。

拥有 3-5 年在全球化公司从事汽车行业（AOEM/Tier 1）工业品销售的经验。

英语书面及口语流利，能够与全球技术团队协作。

具备深厚的汽车工艺背景（如涂装磨抛、焊装打磨等），拥有成功将新产品打入主机厂供应体系的记录。

具备卓越的项目管理能力，能够应对汽车行业长周期的销售流程。

熟练使用 CRM 系统及微软办公软件（Excel, PPT, Power BI 等）。
