As a vital part of our operations team, you’ll support our compliance processes and ensure that all contract workers meet the necessary requirements before starting their assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all contract workers are fully compliant prior to deployment
Verify right-to-work documentation and obtain employment references
Complete background checks
Respond to compliance queries accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain up-to-date and accurate compliance records
Ensure all DBS renewals are processed on time
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Communicates confidently, both in writing and verbally
Can manage their workload independently and prioritise effectively
Has a proactive, positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
Possesses basic IT skills (Microsoft Office and online forms)
Minimum of 12 months experience in compliance within UK healthcare recruitment
