8–12+ years in EPM/Finance/ERP with 4–6+ years in Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/ARCS)
Strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud EPBCS (Planning/Budgeting) and ARCS (Account Reconciliation) with solid FPA, budgeting/forecasting, and financial close knowledge
Experience with Data Integration / FDMEE, Smart View, and EPM Automate; knowledge of integrations with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Financials, SAP, legacy systems)
Leadership and stakeholder management with consulting experience; ability to lead teams and engage with Finance leadership
Requirements:
Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations (EPBCS and ARCS), including requirements gathering, configuration, project timelines, and quality management

This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities 1. EPM Cloud Implementation & Delivery Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including: EPBCS (Planning & Budgeting) ARCS (Account Reconciliation) Configure applications based on business requirements. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality. 2. Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting (EPBCS) Design and implement: Financial planning models Budgeting and rolling forecasts Workforce and capital planning Configure: Dimensions, hierarchies, and metadata Forms, dashboards, and business rules Enable driver-based planning and scenario modeling. 3. Account Reconciliation (ARCS) Implement and manage balance sheet reconciliation processes. Configure: Reconciliation formats and profiles Matching rules and auto-reconciliation Workflow and approval processes Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation and certification. 4. Integration & Data Management Integrate EPM with: Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR) Other ERP systems (SAP, legacy systems) Use tools like: Data Management (FDMEE / Data Integration) Smart View and EPM Automate Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation across systems. 5. Financial Close & Governance Support financial close processes through: Reconciliation automation (ARCS) Close monitoring and controls Ensure compliance with GAAP / IFRS / SOX requirements. Maintain audit trails and governance frameworks. 6. Reporting & Analytics Develop and manage reports using: Smart View Financial Reporting Studio Dashboards and narrative reporting Provide insights into: Budget vs actuals Forecast accuracy Reconciliation status and exceptions 7. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead a team of EPM consultants and analysts. Engage with Finance leadership (CFO, FP&A teams). Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions. Translate business needs into EPM solutions. 8. Process Optimization & Transformation Improve FP&A and reconciliation processes. Drive automation and standardization across planning and close cycles. Support finance transformation and digital initiatives. 9. Data Migration & Application Maintenance Manage data migration, metadata loads, and system configurations. Ensure ongoing support, enhancements, and system performance optimization.
