Job Title: AI Engineer
Job Description:
• Build a POC platform to transform unstructured contract PDFs into a searchable AI-powered dashboard
• Develop a responsive frontend using React and Tailwind CSS for contract upload, viewing, and structured data display
• Create backend services using Node.js or Python (Flask preferred)
• Build APIs for PDF upload, text extraction, preprocessing, and LLM integration
• Integrate with OpenAI GPT-4o or Claude APIs for structured contract data extraction
• Design AI workflows for extracting MPF, trip details, effective dates, commercial clauses, and other contract terms
• Implement prompt engineering strategies for accurate information retrieval
• Develop PDF parsing and text extraction pipelines
• Build lightweight searchable storage using PostgreSQL, SQLite, Supabase, or similar databases
• Enable fast search, querying, and filtering of extracted contract metadata
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in React, Tailwind CSS, Node.js or Python (Flask)
• Experience building REST APIs and backend integrations
• Hands-on knowledge of LLM API integration (OpenAI/Claude)
• Experience with PDF parsing and text extraction workflows
• Knowledge of database design and search optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to deliver rapid MVP solutions
Good to Have:
• Experience with RAG, LangChain, embeddings, or vector databases
• Familiarity with AI-powered document intelligence platforms
